We hope you love every item you purchase from Scholarista, but we understand that not everything works out. Therefore if you have any problems with your order, we want to make it right, and just ask that you follow this policy.
When you receive your order, if something is missing, incorrect, broken, etc. please contact us as soon as you can and we will correct the issue.
If you just aren’t a fan of the item, no longer need it, or what to exchange it for something else, we have a few simple rules for the return:
- The item must be mailed back to Scholarista within 60 days of your purchase.
- Returned items must be unworn and in the condition it was sold.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return (and issue you a refund) once we receive the item back.
- Refunds are issued back to the credit card or Paypal account you originally used to pay for the order or you can instead request store credit.
- We do not refund any shipping fees you paid for your order.
- Scholarista will pay for return shipping, but you need to fill out the short form below to get the return label.
